Start with the actual venue and event

A sporting policy is not automatically the policy for a concert in the same city or even the same building. Identify the venue, date and event page, then read any additional organiser conditions.

For a buying decision, make separate checks for size, transparency, bag type, number of items and storage. A result in one column cannot substitute for the others.

Read clear-bag and opaque-bag categories separately

Our NFL record separates a clear bag from a small opaque clutch. These are different limits and should remain different records when comparing a product.

Other venues differ: Madison Square Garden does not require clear bags in the reviewed general policy, while Crypto.com Arena generally excludes bags including clear types and separately describes a small-clutch exception. Selecting only a transparency filter misses that difference.

Keep conflicts and strict boundaries visible

Crypto.com Arena has inconsistent clutch wording between sections of its current guide. SoFi Stadium has a conflict between a top summary and its detailed treatment of clear backpacks and fanny packs. CarryFacts retains the conflicts instead of selecting the more permissive sentence.

A rule saying smaller than uses a strict boundary; a rule saying no larger than uses an inclusive one. Event-specific confirmation is particularly useful when a bag is exactly on the boundary or within a disputed category.

Do not assume there will be storage

The O2 bag drop is distinct from its standing-ticket cloakroom, and Madison Square Garden states there is no bag or coat check. Published external storage can have a charge or apply only to certain events.

Before travel, confirm how medical or parental exceptions are screened and where a noncompliant bag can be left. A manufacturer event-bag claim cannot establish the venue's decision.
