The reviewer notes that the Aer Cardholder is taller than many minimalist wallets while retaining a slim overall profile. The zippered pocket is RFID-safe, allowing the reviewer to place cards with RFID sensor chips there without worrying about their information. The reviewer likes the flat-lay zipper because it stays low profile and avoids the jangling associated with some Aer products.
The reviewer reports that its height can make the wallet fit poorly in front pants pockets and some sling or backpack pockets. The reviewer noticed minor fraying along the pocket sides, though described it as nothing major but worth noting.
