The reviewer finds the interior pocket layout useful for technology organization but restrictive for travelers who prefer flexible packing. The admin panel provides pockets for pens, tech gear, tissues, and AirTags while the clamshell layout supports flat packing and visibility. External lash straps secure bulky items outside the bag, while the side bottle holder accommodates a water bottle and offers stabilization points.
The padded laptop compartment includes a false bottom intended to reduce impact when the backpack is dropped. The contoured shoulder straps use Space Cell foam, which the reviewer found firm and supportive despite feeling unusual initially.
