The reviewer has not noticed a massive difference between this cube's smell and other tested packing cubes so far. The reviewer finds the heavier materials add structure, making the cube easier to load and unload without becoming burdensome during use. The main compartment opens across three sides, giving the reviewer good access, while its compression zipper is fairly easy to cinch down.
The reviewer finds the top handle useful for pulling the cube from a bag and comfortable enough for carrying it short distances. The full-front external pocket gives the reviewer space for small items such as socks, underwear, hats, gloves, or a passport.
