Patterson also found the strap adaptable for shoulder or crossbody carry and reported that the soft construction accommodates a heavily loaded daily kit.
The compromises are practical. With the laptop installed, the rear zip pocket becomes effectively inaccessible, and the reviewer suggests the 13″ size may not need that pocket or one divider. Build refinement is limited, with visible stitching imperfections and unfinished edges, while one buckle connection loosened after about a week. Check: the long-term durability of that hardware remains uncertain.
