Under heavy loads, the removable shoulder strap digs into the body and becomes especially uncomfortable with fewer clothing layers. The front compartment offers flat pockets and a key clip, while the main compartment has a zippered pocket for valuables. The reviewer says the rolltop expands the tote when needed while staying out of the way most of the time.
The reviewer notes that padded and expandable top handles work together, an unusual combination for a tote in this design. The reviewer warns that the tote lacks enough padding for unprotected laptops, cameras, and other fragile items during everyday carrying.
