The reviewer reports that the magnetic FIDLOCK buckle disengaged after being pushed at a particular angle, creating a risk of losing the sling. The angled strap supports relaxed side carrying, while its soft, slick seat-belt-like material and width make shoulder loading comfortable. A central fabric divider in the front pocket separates smaller gear while also stopping that pocket from folding completely open.
The front pocket includes a long paracord key leash that can reach a doorknob when the sling hangs at the wearer’s side. The main compartment’s reversed zipper layout initially takes adjustment, then permits access from either side without repositioning both zipper pulls.
