The detachable shoulder straps lack a dedicated compartment for storing them when they are removed from the Stonehauler Pro. The padded lid doubles as a laptop compartment that accommodated the reviewer's 16-inch MacBook Pro during the packing review. Two large mesh pockets under the lid can flexibly hold travel documents, clothing accessories, toiletries, or technology items.
The bright red interior improves visibility, while an internal cinched compartment separates dirty clothes and shoes from other contents. The reviewer notes that the cinched compartment cannot hold all the clothing accommodated by the larger main compartment.
