Because the LEVEL8 has no meaningful exterior pockets, the reviewer recommends carrying a separate sling or daypack for items needing easy access. The reviewer finds the LEVEL8’s soft rubbery top and side carry handles comfortable when lifting it from overhead bins or carrying upstairs. The reviewer reports that the LEVEL8’s TPU pocket contained an exploded body-wash spill, protecting clothing and other gear elsewhere in the bag.
The lower mesh pocket gives the LEVEL8 reviewer a place for smaller accessories or flat items such as hats and gloves. The reviewer finds more open packing space in the LEVEL8 because its handle sits far back and close to the sides.
