The concealed Smuggler Pocket works well for passports, cash, and documents, although its limited depth makes thicker items noticeable. The adjustable front bungee expands external carrying capacity, accommodating bulky items such as bicycle helmets or lightweight jackets. The reviewer especially appreciates adjustable tote handles because fine-tuning their length improves comfort for different body frames and carrying preferences.
The reviewer describes the hidden backpack conversion as clever and easy to understand, making the bag significantly more versatile. The front quick-access pocket has dedicated volume and a tracker pocket, but the bungee partially covering it makes access slightly harder.
