Geisz reports that the joined bag can carry a 13″ laptop, tablet, and peripherals, while the sections can be used separately. Organization includes zippered and open compartments, sewn-in pockets, a key clip, quick-access storage, and a drop-down backpack section. Positive: the modular separation supports changing loads. Positive: the reviewer's packing notes show room for devices, accessories, documents, and a camera. Positive: the water-bottle pouch adds dedicated carry space.
Tradeoff: the smaller zippers had pulled apart on arrival, although re-zipping fixed them, leaving a durability concern. Tradeoff: the expandable nylon section could not fully open because of a sewn-in thread loop, which Geisz trimmed. Check: the backpack feature may be practical only when both sections remain connected, according to the review.
