The bottle pocket securely retains a standard-size bottle, but its tight elastic opening requires noticeable effort to stretch around the bottle. Its adjustable crossbody strap includes Dyneema wire along the edges, while the PopNLock clip can secure the bag around a fixed object. The reviewer found the broad strap comfortable with a full bag and water bottle, although it was not especially soft on bare shoulders.
A large RFID-blocking pocket in the front compartment fits a passport and minimalist wallet, with hook-and-loop closure to prevent sliding. The main compartment has a padded, softly lined tablet sleeve that keeps a small device or book upright and accessible.
Reported strengths
- The reviewer reports that the Pacsafe V Anti-Theft Tour Crossbody holds substantial gear, cushions its contents, and works effectively when worn crossbody.
- The bag uses recycled polyester with a PFC-free water-resistant finish and eXomesh Slashguard wire mesh between exterior and interior fabrics.
- Its adjustable crossbody strap includes Dyneema wire along the edges, while the PopNLock clip can secure the bag around a fixed object.
Reported trade-offs
- The reviewer says the Roobar Sport locking system slows access effectively, but using it impedes everyday accessibility for users.
- The bottle pocket securely retains a standard-size bottle, but its tight elastic opening requires noticeable effort to stretch around the bottle.
- The reviewer considers the bag too large for pocket-sized carry yet too small for laptop use, limiting its everyday role.
