In use, Strietelmeier found the bag relatively comfortable and well balanced. She highlighted the removable Flexfold dividers, which can create two storage levels, and the Cord Hook straps for carrying bulky items such as a tripod. The laptop sleeve is specified for up to a 13 inch laptop, while the main closure was described as easy to use.
The compromises are consequential for access and placement. The reviewer found the narrow base prone to tipping, and the stiff flap would not stay folded behind the bag. Side pockets were cramped, with her Huawei P30 Pro not fitting, and she reported fewer, smaller compartments than before. Check: the review also says rain or snow can enter through flap gaps, so exposed-weather use deserves care.
