The reviewer found the pouch comfortable to wear despite its simple strap and minimally padded back panel design.

The reviewer says it remains comfortable on bare skin or thin shirts and does not become sweaty despite lacking breathable mesh. The reviewer fit a phone with MagSafe wallet, tissues, and small hand lotion against the front, using the pouch's slight gusset.
