The reviewer reported that firm, thin shoulder-strap foam pressed uncomfortably into heavier loads instead of providing softer cushioning. The reviewer fit a 14-inch MacBook Pro, two tech pouches, a Switch, headphones, and a hoodie inside the backpack. The front shelf-style pocket organizes chargers, gum, vitamins, and pens while its extra depth accommodates bulkier everyday items.
The external bungee proved useful for carrying a hoodie, rain jacket, or rain cover when the backpack was full. The reviewer found the FlexVent back panel highly cushioned, well ventilated, and comfortable against the back during carrying.
