The thick included USB cable does not stow neatly beside a power bank, leaving loose cable that can catch on items. During trips through rain, snow, and other inclement weather, the reviewer reports that gear inside remained dry. The laptop sleeve feels exceptionally soft and provides shock resistance, making it one of the reviewer’s favorite pack features.
Wide padded shoulder straps include mesh for breathability and conform comfortably to a variety of body types. A rear nylon suitcase strap helps when traveling from an office to an airport or taking a break from carrying the pack.
Reported strengths

- During trips through rain, snow, and other inclement weather, the reviewer reports that gear inside remained dry.
Reported trade-offs
- The expandable side bottle pocket accommodates only bottles around the size of a standard eighteen-ounce reusable bottle.
- The thick included USB cable does not stow neatly beside a power bank, leaving loose cable that can catch on items.
- When the pack is not full, material bunches along the main zipper and makes pulling it more challenging.
