The reviewer warned that the Eula’s Velcro-only closure may bother people who dislike opening noise from the bag. The Eula’s consistent width allowed the reviewer to carry an A4 magazine, pad, or brochure without bending its bottom edges. The Eula’s front organizer contains fourteen separate pockets, giving the reviewer useful organization for numerous small items inside.
An optional center divider created three main compartments, which the reviewer used to separate magazines, brochures, or paperwork from other contents. Despite its shallow depth, the Eula held the reviewer’s usual contents while leaving room for a water bottle, small umbrella, or similar item.
Reported strengths
- The reviewer could keep the Eula packed in a car, ready to occupy waiting periods during his sons’ many activities.
- Timbuk2’s customizer lets buyers personalize the Eula’s materials and colors, although the reviewer noted that custom construction costs somewhat more.
- The Eula’s consistent width allowed the reviewer to carry an A4 magazine, pad, or brochure without bending its bottom edges.
Reported trade-offs
- The reviewer reported that the black waxed canvas appeared to catch dust and hair, though this might relate specifically to that color.
- The reviewer warned that the Eula’s Velcro-only closure may bother people who dislike opening noise from the bag.
- The reviewer wished the Eula had an exterior organizer pocket, so some storage could be reached without opening the flap.
