Although the reviewer expected beefier, padded handles, the tote remained comfortable to carry when loaded with thick clothing. The handle snap fastener reduces shoulder slippage, while the longer handles remain comfortable by hand without dragging on the floor. The adjustable rear pass-through lets the tote sit more securely on rolling luggage, even when bulky clothing fills the bag.
The accessible front pocket works well for quick-grab items and can hold a smartphone and thick wallet with additional room. The bright-grey liner improves visibility inside the deep tote, but its looseness makes packing more difficult than expected.
