The external SAB zippers operate fairly smoothly, but their PU-coated tracks occasionally catch and do not feel as durable as YKK. The side loop feels more comfortable for carrying than the rear handle, but it dangles and provides less control over the pouch. Inside, the pouch uses a smaller front compartment and a larger, deeper main compartment to separate different categories of gear.
The front compartment's three stretchy mesh pockets hold dongles, cables, and accessories, but limited stretch restricts available capacity. The main compartment includes a large pocket for flat items or deeper gear, plus a zippered pocket for securing small items.
Reported strengths
- The tomtoc Light-T12 Electronic Accessory Pouch M is described as budget-friendly while presenting a more tasteful, expensive-looking appearance.
- A flat rear handle stays out of the way and helps carry the pouch between locations, although it lacks padding and aeration.
- Inside, the pouch uses a smaller front compartment and a larger, deeper main compartment to separate different categories of gear.
Reported trade-offs
- The reviewer says the nylon-and-polyester shell has held up adequately and resisted water so far, while feeling cheap and plasticky.
- The external SAB zippers operate fairly smoothly, but their PU-coated tracks occasionally catch and do not feel as durable as YKK.
- The side loop feels more comfortable for carrying than the rear handle, but it dangles and provides less control over the pouch.
