The reviewer dislikes the plastic key clip because it drops into the main compartment and raises concerns about long-term reliability. The shoulder strap uses dense padding and a smooth seatbelt-like material, making it comfortable despite duffles becoming uncomfortable during long carrying. The shoulder strap detaches, giving the reviewer an option to remove it when checking the duffel or otherwise carrying without it.
Two interior zippered pockets let the reviewer separate small essentials such as a wallet, phone, or notebook from the main load. The black version's dark interior looks appealing, but the reviewer says it makes finding belongings fairly difficult when searching.
