The reviewer cut a finger on the laptop sleeve’s surprisingly sharp hook-and-loop patch while reaching inside the Commuter Briefcase. The main compartment provides two pen pockets, a wide liner pocket, and a zippered pocket for smaller items. The front compartment has a bright cotton liner, making its otherwise open and minimally organized storage easy to navigate.
The reviewer notes that backpack mode places the bag vertically, which can jostle loose items inside its compartments. The reviewer says the thick leather bottom straps accommodate rolled items but do not compress them effectively enough.
