For access, Carryology highlights a deep top stash pocket and a long weatherproof main zipper that opens broadly. Inside, the layout is sparse, with a raised, moderately padded laptop sleeve. The detachable folio was a particular strength in the review, bundling a 13-inch laptop with small tech items and working as a separate carry sleeve.

Carryology reports that the padded shoulder straps work better as the load increases, while adjustment takes more effort than expected. The recessed bottle pockets look tidy but can let a heavy bottle shift away from the wearer during more active movement. The reviewer also disliked the unstructured top when the bag was not fully packed; prospective buyers who prefer a firm silhouette or secure trail-oriented bottle carry should weigh those conditions.
