The reviewer found the Addax 25 somewhat boxy-looking and felt its design lacked a particularly striking visual quality. Although the pack lacks a rigid frame sheet, its stiff foam gives it shape, helps it stand upright, and transfers weight correctly. A removable, adjustable sternum strap helps center the load, and pass-through straps on both sides support travel use.
The top admin pocket combines elastic loops, a zippered semi-transparent pouch, a removable key fob, and a concealed hook-and-loop pocket. A lower front pocket has three elastic-topped openings that the reviewer found useful for bulky items such as an oversized multitool.
