The review’s feature details state that the Waterfield Packable Backpack has no dedicated laptop sleeve for device storage. Its front pocket has a PU-coated YKK zipper and metal key leash, providing quick access and a secure place for keys. During testing, the Waterfield Packable Backpack easily held a hoodie, tech pouch, umbrella, snacks, tissues, journal, and pen in its main compartment.
The reviewer found comfort average for short city trips, while bulkier loads could press through because the back panel lacks padding. The backpack has no sternum strap, and heavier or oddly shaped gear can sit awkwardly against the wearer’s body.
