The reviewer reports that compressing Aer Packing Cubes reduces backpack bulk, but tightly packed clothing develops more wrinkles as a tradeoff. The reviewer found the small cube roomy for four pairs each of underwear and socks without expansion, with room remaining. Aer Packing Cubes use 100D Cordura ripstop nylon and YKK zippers, while solid-grip pulls support controlled opening and compression.
The reviewer says simple top handles make Aer Packing Cubes easy to grab and remove from a backpack without adding oversized features. The review identifies a higher price and black-only availability as compromises for buyers seeking lower cost or more color choice.
