For organization, Carryology counts eleven pockets and says their layout remained purposeful rather than excessive. The reviewer highlights a front section for small essentials, a soft-lined glasses area near the opening, stretch pockets, and rear EDC storage. A broad AquaGuard-zippered opening was reported to make contents readily reachable, while the expanding gusset adjusted to changes in load.
The compromises are primarily fit and activity dependent. Carryology says the sling has a substantial footprint that can overwhelm smaller bodies, including when compressed. It also found that a fully loaded bag could shift more during cycling or skateboarding, though ordinary walking was not presented as a problem. Buyers prioritizing a compact sling or very stable active carry should check those conditions.
