Sedlar reports layered storage for travel papers and small items, with an included notebook and pen. He kept key belongings behind the water-resistant zipper and says they remained dry through heavy dew; he also reports that fragile contents survived falls. He credits the organization with keeping contents secure in strong wind, while viewing the subdued leather styling as suitable beyond the climb.
The protection has access and portability costs. Sedlar found the wallet too large for a back trouser pocket and awkward in front-pocket use. Its zipper was valuable outdoors but cumbersome when documents needed frequent access at an airport. He also says larger phones may not fit, and a Field Notes notebook cannot. Check: the reviewed production revision is unconfirmed.
