The reviewer reports that the metal shoulder-strap adjusters slip and fail to preserve the chosen setting during use. The interior includes a suspended 16-inch laptop sleeve, a tablet pocket, and a pen pocket, providing organized device storage. Two stacked zippered mesh pockets provide substantial volume for accessories that do not require quick or frequent access.
The integrated side pockets can hold bottles or serve as secondary storage, with the left pocket also providing a key clip. The front pocket offers extensive space for everyday items and uses soft microfiber lining to protect delicate belongings from scratches.
