Jacobs reports a practical layout: three external zip pockets provide quick access, while the main compartment has three open dash pockets and two zippered mesh pockets. He also found the pouches useful for sorting clothing and smaller travel items; the tall pouch held several T-shirts and workout shorts. The included shoulder strap was his preferred carrying method.
The useful points are quick-access organization, matching pouch sizes, and a ripstop-lined interior. Tradeoffs are fit-dependent carrying ergonomics: Jacobs found the webbing straps too long for comfortable hand carry and too short for comfortable shoulder carry, and described the bag as too bulky under the arm. Check: the reviewer had not used it as an airline carry-on. He also noted an upside-down Carry All label as a quality-control flaw.
