Organization is deliberately sparse: the review describes a concealed front drop pocket, subtle MOLLE webbing, and access to a laptop or hydration compartment. Greg Nelson reports easy access for a 13-inch MacBook and room for a 17-inch model. He also describes a rigid back structure that keeps the loaded pack high and says it remains comfortable and stable while running or cycling.
Reported positives include laptop accommodation, stable movement, and protection during severe weather and rough handling. The compromises are meaningful: external organization is limited, the unloaded pack is heavy, and the reviewer observed temporary distortion in the fabric when new. The rain account is encouraging but explicitly does not establish literal waterproofing. Check: the reviewed production revision is unconfirmed.
