The main internal pocket has welded seams and can function like a dry bag, but its single compartment contains no internal pockets. The large external pocket accommodates a drink bottle, yoga mat, umbrella, or similar item and remains accessible without opening the pack. The reviewer separated dirty or wet items in the main compartment from clean belongings stored in the secondary compartment.
The large outside pocket suits small flat items such as a camera, tablet, or notebook, but the reviewer says it is unsuitable for bulky goods. The reviewer found compression useful for cycling stability, while noting that the cylindrical shape can make fitting square objects interesting.
