The reviewer found the sternum strap supportive and adjustable, but wished it included an elastic keeper for managing excess strap. The reviewer found most unbranded zippers easy to operate during testing, with zipper pulls that were particularly easy to grasp. The shoulder straps provide substantial padding, while smooth mesh lining improves breathability during warmer days and longer periods of wear.
The top handle has dense padding, mesh lining, and enough structure and clearance to make grabbing or moving the backpack convenient. The backpack lacks external bottle pockets, so a larger bottle must share the main compartment near the laptop.
