The laptop sleeve had front and back padding, but the bottom was partly unpadded where the MacBook tended to rest. Metal strap-adjustment buckles tightened easily, while the reinforced canvas handle made carrying the backpack by hand quite easy. The main compartment accommodated over-ear headphones, a bag of cords, and a throw blanket during the reviewer’s trip.
The camera insert’s movable dividers accommodated an SLR, two lenses, filters, batteries, and a charger, with room remaining. The reviewer found the camera equipment secure inside the insert, which fit the backpack well and could be removed and replaced easily.
