Ritscher highlights the layout, comfortable straps, adjustable two-sided sternum strap, and a water-bottle holder sized for a 32oz Nalgene or similar bottle. The suspended laptop compartment, admin panel, roomy main compartment, and extra device or document space support mixed work loads. He also fit a rain jacket, tech pouch, and change of clothes, while the separate Travelwear pouches add flexible organization and some protective padding.
The compromises depend on use. Ritscher would avoid bike commutes beyond two miles because the back channel is not intended for high-heat venting. He also found the front admin pocket prone to spills and jumbling, and wanted another mesh panel for travel clothing. The current fabric suits the price, but he preferred a longer-lasting option. Check: the reviewed material and production revision are not named.
