The reviewer finds the folded, seatbelt-like top handles comfortable enough for tote carrying, including when entering a business meeting. The reviewer appreciates that the Velcro-In Organizer Pocket Set keeps pouches in place, preventing smaller gear from becoming jumbled at the bottom.
The reviewer says the front zippered pocket accommodates a medium-sized journal or notebook, along with quick-grab items such as keys and a wallet. The reviewer reports that the laptop sleeve reaches the bag's edge without a false bottom or extra padding, leaving no drop protection.
