For access and sorting, Carryology highlights the clamshell layout, main compartment, front section for smaller pieces, and a rear pocket intended for valuables. The reviewer also describes interlocking zipper security and a locking strap mechanism. In their experience, the Faraday phone sleeve stopped messages and location sharing while the phone remained inside.
The compromises center on shape, access speed, and comfort. Carryology found the boxy body could look bulky and hang awkwardly rather than conforming to the body. Locked zippers can slow access, which matters for people who use a sling for quick retrieval. The stiff, broad strap was uncomfortable when worn long. Check: the reviewer raises an unresolved concern about locating a stolen phone while its signal-blocking sleeve is in use.
