According to Carryology, the rigid mounting system felt especially secure and made moving the bag between bikes easy. The publisher also liked the four-pocket interior: smaller items could be separated, while the larger lower pocket accommodated a full-size phone. Its hard lid opens forward, giving the rider direct access to the main compartment and a platform for a mounted device.

The compromises matter for longer or weight-sensitive use. Carryology called its configured 706g / 1.56lbs weight comparatively hefty, and thought the 3.2L / 3.4qt interior better suited to short trips. The reviewer also found the opening too restrictive for a standard sandwich, while the thin shoulder strap was uncomfortable and could interfere with lid access. Light rain protection was positive in short rides, but longer wet travel calls for internal drybags.
