After two weeks of use, the reviewer found the weather-proof YKK zippers remained quite stiff when moving around corners. A weather-proof side zipper provides convenient access to the laptop sleeve without requiring the reviewer to dig through the main compartment. The reviewer found the Pioneer Backpack comfortable to carry because its padding cushions the back without becoming excessively stiff.
