The Mason is designed as a reliable daily-carry caddy rather than a shapeshifting pouch that adapts across multiple loadouts. Aquaguard zippers further enhance the pouch’s weather protection, according to the reviewer, while the custom zipper pulls were enjoyable to use. The adjustable webbing strap uses a slide buckle and can be removed when the pouch is carried inside another bag.
Its diminutive size lets the Mason sit beside the wearer with barely any intrusion, and the reviewer regularly drove with it. With thoughtful packing, the reviewer fit a wallet, keys, knife, torch, pen, AirPods, Kindle, phone, sunglasses, and compact camera inside.
