The FAQ says event policy can change and directs guests to check with Fan Services.
Before leaving
- Open the official source and check your route, ticket, event or exhibition.
- Measure your bag when packed, including protruding pockets and other parts counted by the operator.
- Check the number of bags, material or transparency requirements, and any storage conditions.
- Ask the operator about exceptions and accessibility or medical needs when relevant.
Passing a numerical size check does not confirm boarding or admission. Event-specific rules, staffing and available storage can change the outcome.
